We support school communities to collectively develop transformational learning experiences for children. We do this through professional learning communities that convene principals, principal supervisors, and teacher leaders for learning, collaboration, and mutual support:
- Antiracist Collective: Principals of color and their supervisors, working together to develop antiracist learning cultures
- Literacy Learning Network: Elementary school leaders working to incorporate effective practices to improve literacy instruction in the early grades
By integrating racial equity work with instructional leadership, we enable leaders to make deeper, more durable changes in their schools thereby creating greater impact for Oakland students.
